Job Description:

Your role & responsibilities:

• Support OT Security in the international team in all aspects of project management: planning, scheduling, tracking progress and ultimately implementing new solutions in production
• Develop and implement project management tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes and maintaining project documentation, creating project reports and presentations to management
• Managing project budgets and resources, including tracking expenditure and ensuring budget constraints are met
• Working with team members to identify and resolve project risks and issues
• Assisting our department with initiatives that will increase our agility, innovation power and team

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, management or a related field
• At least 3-4 years of experience in classical and agile project management or a related field
• Knowledge of operational technologies and their application in production
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.
• Soft skills such as time management, multitasking, ability to prioritize tasks, communication skills, openness, willingness to work in a team, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, responsibility and analytical thinking
