We are currently looking for Organizational Change Management (OCM) Expert to join our team in Szczecin.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the people side of change—ensuring adoption, minimizing disruption, and accelerating business benefits. You will work closely with business leaders, program teams, and end users to ensure change is structured, measurable, and sustainable. This position is based in Poland, preferably Szczecin, or requires willingness to travel to Szczecin.

Your responsibilities

You will take ownership of both strategic and operational change management activities, including:

ic OCM responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a structured change management framework aligned to program phases (current state → future state → adoption → sustainability).
• Identify affected stakeholder groups, assess change impacts, and define change readiness and engagement plans.
• Build and execute an integrated communication strategy for executives, program governance, leaders, and end users.
• Partner with business and executive sponsors to strengthen organizational alignment, sponsorship, and decision‑making.
• Define and track adoption and value realization metrics, including KPIs, dashboards, and business outcome measures.

Operational OCM responsibilities

• Facilitate change impact and readiness workshops with business SMEs and functional leaders.
• Support training strategy and deployment, including user profiling, skill gap identification, and training effectiveness tracking.
• Develop and execute communication materials such as newsletters, FAQs, leadership briefings, and user‑focused updates.
• Implement user adoption tools and surveys, adoption analytics, and post–go‑live sentiment checks.
• Provide cutover and hypercare support, ensuring fast feedback loops, rapid issue escalation, and strong user support during go‑live phases.

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate who brings both hands‑on execution capability and strong change leadership:

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably within ERP, digital, or large‑scale transformation programs.
• Expert‑level knowledge in at least one recognized OCM methodology (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
• Proven experience managing stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption measurement.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, international environments is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Polish language skills are required for local stakeholder engagement.
• Based in Poland, preferably Szczecin, or willing to travel to Szczecin.
