responsibilities :
Lead to align on the scope/allocation/interaction model for a specific client engagement.
Creates fit-for-purpose communications in clear and concise language, including writing and editing of content for announcements, promotional materials, town halls, video scripts/messages, briefings, memos, fact sheets, instructional guides, intranet pages/stories, talking points for leaders, presentations, pitches, suggesting engagement formats for stakeholders, managing events, and presentations
Creates content and manages the execution of the defined communications materials according to the implementation/deployment plan in service of achieving the project goals and ensuring internal/external communications are integrated
Adjust tone, voice, and overall messaging as appropriate to audience needs.
Creating stakeholder analyses according to individual customer needs and evaluating the progress of change.
Advising our customers on the conceptual and operational design of change processes in the context of software implementations.
Incorporate feedback and learnings to support the adoption and sustainment of communications materials, tools, and tactics.
Measure adoption where possible.
Manage evolving communication governance approach and process.
Designing communication strategies to ensure the organizational adjustments of our customers in a forward-looking manner and accompany them in the development of their knowledge organization.
In workshops or seminars, you will support our customers in shaping their change process.
requirements-expected :
Completed studies, ideally in an IT or business environment.
In-depth experience in Project Management, and Scrum Master or Agile Coaching.
Previous experience in Organizational Change Management in the context of IT projects.
Previous SAP knowledge, which you can further deepen together with us.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Solution/process-oriented thinking, methodological competence, and willingness to learn.
Collaborative, team-oriented with a focus on client service, ability to work successfully in ambiguous situations and navigate uncertainty.
Business fluent German (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2).
Open to business travel as needed.
