Main Responsibilities
- Efficiently manages orders
- Manages relationships with clients and with the sales force
- Generates and updates clients statements
- Manages promotional agreements entered with clients
- Reports any variances in sales strategy implementation
- Detects any possible process critical areas
- Promotes Company Principles and Values
Requirements:- Native or fluent German (C1) and English (B2)
- Experience in the areas of customer services support preferably within FMCG, retail
- Accounting principles good knowledge
- General computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
- SAP familiarity will be considered as strong asset
- Communication skills and readiness to work in cross international environment
