THE WORK:

1. Management of Product & Distribution Complaint.
2. Returns Processing & Delivery Management.
3. Customer Master Management & Customer Order Intake and Processing.
4. Verbal and written communication with customers of a leading biotechnology company focused on developing innovative therapies for patients.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

1. Fluent English and Spanish (C1).
2. Knowledge of OTC – Order Management life cycle, SAP order processing.
3. Strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact.
4. 1-2 years of business experience in customer service role (Order Management Process preferred) - nice to have.
5. Availability to attend the office in Warsaw (or Gdansk) 2-3 times per week.
