Responsibilities

  • Manage collections on a dedicated portfolio, including applying payments, credits, and reconciling accounts.
  • Conduct credit checks, evaluate credit risk, and assess customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and improve debt and collections processes.
  • Prepare reports and financial documents, supporting forward‑thinking, growth‑driven account management.
  • Ensure data privacy compliance, maintain account history, and engage in client interactions.

What You Will Need

  • Fluent in Norwegian (C1) and English (min. B2).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Cash Collection or Customer Service role.
  • Expertise in managing strategic customer accounts and dispute resolution.
  • Experience with order release processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate) and Microsoft Office; SAP or other CRM experience is a plus.
  • Strong time‑management skills and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Resilience under pressure and ability to handle stress.
