Order to Cash/Bill Specialist with German (The Agile Team)

You will be a part of the Agile workforce, with the opportunity to support various clients in Finance and Accounting based on current business needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for independent, timely and accurate processing of O2C transactions according to process documentation and core values, ICS/internal controls, process improvement, and trainings.
2. Support for TL and the team in the clarification of operational issues.
3. Close cooperation and support for the team, experts, and TLs.
4. Prepare and conduct trainings/workshops for internal and client purposes.
5. Record, verify and execute transactions according to process documentation (including complex transactions).
6. Update, create, and review SD.
7. Understand, monitor, analyze, and propose corrective actions regarding KPIs/SLAs.
8. Personal drive, driving improvement ideas in close cooperation with stakeholders.
9. Participation in transition and roll-in projects.

Requirements:

1. Experience in Order to Cash / similar field is preferred.
2. Fluent in English and German.
3. Ability to work in a group.
