Overview
World Wide Technology, EMEA has an opportunity for an Order Specialist to join a friendly team. An Order Specialist manages analytical and transactional work to support the Order Management elements of WWT’s Global Order Operations function.
Responsibilities
- Managing the entire lifecycle of a WWT Order from creation to final product delivery to the customer, which includes transactional inputs.
- Identifying and correcting transactional order issues.
- Managing execution and cross-functional accountability throughout WWT Supply Chain.
- Creating operational and customer-driven reporting utilizing business intelligence tools and communicating updates to customers.
- Taking a self-driven approach to solving problems and improving WWT’s order management processes and systems.
- Applying a continuous improvement mindset to enhance current processes.
Role Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience: order management, order to cash or supply chain related, preferably in a complex manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on routine assignments.
- Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of service delivery to ensure that it meets desired standards and agreements.
- Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency while providing flawless transactions, services and products; manages monetary assets and other resources to optimize cost effectiveness.
- Continuously seeks new ways of working to make processes run smoother and faster.
- Takes a whole systems approach to analyze business issues and implements holistic solutions, ensuring that linkages between structure, people, process and technology are made.
- Collects, analyzes and interprets data to reach conclusions and/or present insights and findings.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the processes for ordering, shipping and warehousing materials to support production and satisfy demand.
- Demonstrates knowledge of regulation relative to international importation and exportation (e.g., customs requirements, trade tariffs and duties, security regulations).
- Ability to demonstrate a work ethic consistent with WWTs Core Values.
- Good command of English and Polish languages, both verbal and written.
Location & Work Authorization
