WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Sales Administrators to meet daily/monthly operational targets and long‑term performance goals (5‑6 direct reports)
- Define, monitor, and report on performance metrics including tracking backorders, goods allocations, and order processing time
- Monitor workload distribution and adjust priorities to ensure timely processing and responsiveness across all order types
- Regularly review order processing activities to confirm alignment with internal policies, pricing controls, and contractual terms
- Ensure all order‑related records (confirmations, pricing approvals and correspondence) are complete, accurate, and properly archived
- Act as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive customer issues
- Conduct internal checks ahead of scheduled audits to identify and resolve discrepancies or missing documentation
- Collaborate with internal or external auditors by providing requested data, clarifying workflows, and demonstrating adherence to standard operating procedures
- Propose improvements to processes
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or logistics
- 5+ years of work experience in a Customer Service/Administrative/Order Processing environment
- 3+ years of experience in a team‑leader role or similar
- Developed managerial skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language – nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and MS Office products
- Organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple queries effectively
- Customer‑oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
