• Professional order handling in German
• Coordination and management of the order process
• Daily liaison with business clients
• Providing comprehensive product information
• Preparation of order documentation and monitoring its progress
• Management of deliveries
• Resolving customer inquiries relating to orders, deliveries, payments, and other operational matters
• Recording complaints
• Collaboration with other departments within the company

• Very good command of German (minimum C1 level)
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• High personal culture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented approach and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Employment based on an employment contract
• Work in a hybrid model (modern office located in Mokotów, Warsaw)
• Office hours (Monday-Friday)
