Job Description

At MSI Fixed Video team we are helping solve some of the biggest challenges around safety and physical security by developing advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and products that are used to help keep people, businesses, and cities around the world safer.

NA Order Management Team Leader

  • Ensures efficient liaison between Supply Chain, Finance and Sales
  • Supports business commitments through on‑time, proactive communication as well as driving first‑class operation
  • Cooperates closely with all functions within Supply Chain to improve customer satisfaction
  • Uses empowerment given to establish strong relationships with the business and drive importance of the role
  • Promotes continuous improvement and automation of daily tasks
  • Manages the team to create trust and accountability
  • Supports internal audit controls and SOX initiatives
  • Provides metrics which enable decision making process

Basic Requirements

  • Excellent Business English and communication skills
  • Ability to work on mixed shift approach (3/4 pm – 11 pm/12 am) to provide support to customers in the North America market
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in a relevant field and customer‑focused environment
  • People‑management experience is a plus
  • Self‑motivated, with an aptitude for customer satisfaction
  • Detail‑oriented, organized and a strong multi‑tasker
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Collaborative, likes to work in teams
  • Good problem‑solving skills
  • Proactive
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • University degree (bachelor of business administration / master)

Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and experience

  • Order Management experience in a high‑volume environment
  • Experience using SAP and/or Sales Force
  • Experience with a hardware, software manufacturer or logistics
