Inviting applications for the role of Order Management Team Leader – Assistant Manager – English – Remote Poland.
The Order Management Team Leader is responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the OFCC Team, monitoring and improving operational efficiency in line with a standardized and high-performing servicing process. He/She is also responsible for providing high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring appropriate support to employees and understanding and applying quality and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that proper training and coaching are provided to all direct reports.
- Coordinate day-to-day tasks and workload, distribute and delegate work, monitor progress in achieving goals, and guarantee process quality and effectiveness.
- Ensure that OM activities are performed in accordance with process documentation and with a customer-focused mindset.
- Guarantee process quality and effectiveness.
- Report on team activity performance.
- Monitor associates’ performance, provide regular and constructive feedback, and address underperformance or unwanted behaviors immediately.
- Active recruitment, onboarding activities, and effective talent development.
- Plan and implement the succession plan for the Order Management Team Leader position.
- Support OM Manager in tasks and activities and act as backup in case of absence of other Order Management Team Leaders and/or OM Manager.
- Cooperate with Market Logistics organization by participating in Market Logistics Team Meetings and other business reviews as required, developing strong relations with key stakeholders and other Supply Chain Teams.
- Work in close partnership with Customer Care teams and Customer Master Data Department to contribute to customer satisfaction and ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform testing, training, OCR teaching, and other activities related to implementation and maintenance of systems.
- Work efficiently to reach department objectives and cascade organization goals to employees.
- May perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills:
Bachelor or Master degree preferred; experience in supply chain operations or customer-facing environment, including at least one year experience in team work or projects coordination, demonstrated leadership capabilities in corporate environment.
Languages: advanced English (verbal and writing skills); knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
Technical Skills: general computer skills and good OM systems knowledge, including advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office, reporting and visualization tools, and ERP systems; able to analyze data and work through details of an issue to identify the root cause and develop a solution.
People management skills: able to implement servant leadership model, active recruitment and onboarding of new employees, regular feedback and growth conversations, and ability to develop and retain talent; good planning and organizational skills. - Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
Customer Focus and communication: dedicated to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; excellent written and oral communication; able to handle difficult discussions and express oneself in front of the public, deliver professional and impactful presentations, and lead cross-functional meetings. Possesses excellent listening skills and is open to feedback. Has pro-customer attitude and understands the need to maintain the highest quality of provided services.
Project Management Skills: basic knowledge about project management tools (project charter, business case, root cause analysis, stakeholder management), skills and experience in problem solving, able to deliver low complexity projects with local or regional impact. Ability to multi-task and work effectively for a wide range of stakeholders under tight deadlines; present information in a clear and structured way; time management and prioritization.
Process Effectiveness and Improvement: identify and implement improvements to existing processes, looking for efficiency and standardization, responsible for ensuring business continuity for the Team by building an effective backup structure and succession plan.
