Order Management Specialist with Italian (All genders)

Minimum required Education: High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Order Management, Logistics, Process Improvement, Business Administration or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelors Degree.

Your role:

  • Accurate and timely order entry in SAP
  • Coordination of the end-to-end order delivery process
  • Close cooperation with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Customer Fulfillment Managers, Demand Planners, Warehouse team, Carriers, Accounting)
  • Investigation and resolution of customers’ queries
  • Maintenance of strong relationships with our customers
  • Participation in process improvement projects

Youre the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree or vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience
  • Previous experience within Order Management is a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Very good level of MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • English at B2 level and Italian C1 level
  • Knowledge of logistics / supply chain nice to have
  • Cultural awareness and proactive behavior
