Overview
Order Management Specialist with Greek at Philips Personal Health. You will be part of a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence to fulfill customer needs.
Your Role
- Managing complex orders with SAP and other supporting tools
- Identify standardized methods for operational excellence through projects and improvements; identify team issues and drive solutions with the right stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end process of all types of Sales orders, from order intake to sales recognition
- Support the Team Lead with daily operations, including managing KPIs to meet targets. Responsibilities include reporting, monitoring and control preparation (ICS/SOX)
- Act as the key user and support colleagues with standard E2E SAP order processing
- Maintain good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Demand Planners, Supply Chain BPs, Warehouse team, and Carriers)
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a matrix organization within Supply Chain, Order management, Logistics, or Customer Service
- University degree
- English level B2 and Greek level C1
- Experience with SAP and proficient Excel skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Open-minded, team player with strong communication skills
