Job Title : Order Management Specialist with German (PH team) - fixed-term contract

Job Description

As Order Management Specialist with German (Personal Health), you will join Philips’ Supply Chain Department. Join our Supply Chain team that is responsible for supporting sales and managing orders for Personal Health products. In our Philips PH portfolio, you can find our well-known products such as Beauty, Male Grooming, Oral Healthcare, and Mother & Child Care. Our customers are well-known brands from Retail.

Your role:

1. Managing complex orders using SAP and other supporting tools, reporting, monitoring, and controlling order book data quality in an organized and compliant manner, keeping it well maintained and up to date, including meeting the market’s fiscal and legal requirements on time and first-time right.
2. Being responsible for the end-to-end process of all types of Sales orders, from order intake to sales recognition.
3. Acting as the point of contact to the logistics organization for assigned scope for order fulfillment subjects, coordinating customer inquiries, capable of resolving escalations.
4. Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse, Pricing, Finance teams, and other departments within Philips) in order to build customer satisfaction through a customer-centric mindset.
5. Providing insights and recommendations through reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Working with LEAN capabilities such as Daily Management, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and Problem Solving.

Youre the right fit if:

1. You have 2 years of experience in a matrix organization, within the order management process.
2. You have good communication skills and the ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results.
3. You can prioritize your work and have attention to detail.
4. You are fluent in both German and English (B2 or higher).
5. You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP and Salesforce (would be an advantage).

How we work together:

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office-based role.
