Order Management Specialist with German
Olympus Business Services Sp.z o.o. (OBSE) | Corporate
Responsibilities:
- Managing sales orders from the DACH countries.
- Processing all sales orders received according to agreed timeframes / KPI’s.
- Order management in SAP according to specific country requirements, including sales & consignment orders, free of charge deliveries, returns.
- Checking sales order processing in SAP and intervening if not automatically processed (e.g. credit limit block, data issues).
- Manual invoicing / credit & debit notes issue.
- J-Sox controls.
- Regular management of open order portfolio to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Close cooperation with various internal departments.
- Updating relevant information in the systems (regarding orders, deliveries, etc.).
- Identifying and proposing improvements to processes and procedures within order management processes.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- Experience in customer service or similar roles.
- Very good English language skills (B2/C1).
- Good German Language (B2 or better).
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in the SAP environment.
