Join us and be part of a team that values collaboration, creativity, and growth.**Your role:*** Managing complex orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools* Looking for standardized methods for operational excellence through projects and improvements. Identify team issues and drive solutions, involving the right stakeholders* Being responsible for the end-to-end process of all types of Sales orders, from order intake to sales recognition* Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Demand Planners, Supply Chain BPs, Warehouse team, and Carriers)**Youre the right fit if you have:*** At least 2-3 years of experience in a matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Order management, Logistics, or Customer Service* University degree* English at B2 level and French at C1 level* Experience in working with SAP and proficient Excel skills (it’s a must)* Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills* Cultural awareness and proactive behavior* You are an open-minded person and a team player with strong communication skills**Our benefits:*** Annual bonus based on performance achieved* Private medical care with the option to extend it to family members* Benefit System cards* Discount for Philips’ products* Wide variety of trainings & learning opportunities* Promotion of a healthy lifestyle in the office* Employee Assistance Program**How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
