Order Management Specialist with French
Olympus Business Services Sp.z o.o. (OBSE) Chief Manufacturing and Supply Officer
- Managing sales orders for the assigned markets.
- Order management in SAP according to specific country requirements, including sales & consignment orders, free of charge deliveries, returns.
- Manual invoicing / credit & debit notes issue.
- Regular management of open order portfolio to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Updating relevant information in the systems (regarding orders, deliveries, etc.).
- Close cooperation with various internal departments.
- Experience in customer service or similar would be an asset.
- University degree.
- Very good English language skills (B2/C1).
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in the SAP environment would be an asset.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (40% from the office, 60% from home).
