Order Management Specialist with French

Olympus Business Services Sp.z o.o. (OBSE) Chief Manufacturing and Supply Officer

1. Managing sales orders for the assigned markets.
2. Order management in SAP according to specific country requirements, including sales & consignment orders, free of charge deliveries, returns.
3. Manual invoicing / credit & debit notes issue.
4. Regular management of open order portfolio to ensure timely delivery to customers.
5. Updating relevant information in the systems (regarding orders, deliveries, etc.).
6. Close cooperation with various internal departments.
7. Experience in customer service or similar would be an asset.
8. University degree.
9. Very good English language skills (B2/C1).
10. Good knowledge of MS Office.
11. Experience in the SAP environment would be an asset.
12. Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (40% from the office, 60% from home).
