Order Management Specialist with English

1. Responsibilities:
   
   - Managing sales orders for the assigned markets.
   
   - Order management in SAP according to specific country requirements, including sales & consignment orders, free of charge deliveries, and returns.
   
   - Manual invoicing / credit & debit notes issue.
   
   - Regular management of open order portfolio to ensure timely delivery to customers.
   
   - Updating relevant information in the systems (regarding orders, deliveries, etc.).
   
   - Close cooperation with various internal departments.
2. Qualifications:
   
   - Experience in customer service or similar would be an asset.
   
   - University degree.
   
   - Very good English language skills.
   
   - Good French language skills will be an advantage.
   
   - Good knowledge of MS Office.
   
   - Experience in the SAP environment would be an asset.
   
   - Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (40% from the office, 60% from home).
