The Order Management Scheduling role focuses on PH product allocation to customer orders, ensuring full and timely fulfillment in line with client expectations.
Your Role
- Ensure optimal allocation of products to customer orders, prioritizing complete fulfillment.
- Work extensively with SAP and Excel reports generated from SAP data.
- Manage orders for retail clients across multiple European markets.
- Processing order activities in SAP and other supporting applications.
- Handling all activities related to order intake, order processing, product and pricing information, warehouse communication.
- Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).
- Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines.
You-re The Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience.
- Experience within Order Management.
- Knowledge of logistics / supply chain nice to have.
- Very good level of English.
- Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems would be beneficial.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, Proactive.
