You will be a part of diverse team of professionals driving UPM Communication Paper Supply Chain to be a professional and efficient organization”*. –* Barbara Szymczykiewicz, Team Leader, Order Management**What you will do*** Provide high-quality and efficient quotes and order management to ensure smooth production, delivery & billing processes* Enable accurate and timely recording, processing and confirmation of orders* Support implementation of effective and efficient order management ways of working* Check orders for plausibility and completeness and assuring appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies and service offering* Ensure troubleshooting in order processes* Support internal projects and actively participate in the implementation of future ways of working* Support continuous improvement of work processes* Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders and customers to achieve efficient order management processes**Who you are*** You have a relevant university degree or at least 2 years business experience in customer service or order processing* You are fluent in both English and German* You have a good knowledge of Order Management tools (e.g. SAP)* You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders* You are a team player and good networker* You bring a solution oriented and customer focused mindset* You have an interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams**This is what we offer to you*** **A meaningful job:** We have an inspiring purpose “We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
