Job Title: Order Management Specialist (Fast Flow Dealers)

Job Description: We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic team supporting the Nordic markets. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced and meaningful industry. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer experience, especially for high-priority and emergency items like defibrillators and other life-saving products.

Your role:



  1. End-to-End Order Management: Handle the full ordering process, including configuration checks, booking orders, and tracking shipments.
  2. Customer Support: Collaborate with innovative healthcare providers to ensure smooth delivery of health products.
  3. Emergency Product Orders: Prioritize and manage orders for critical medical devices, ensuring urgent needs are met efficiently.
  4. SAP Utilization: Leverage SAP for order processing and tracking.
  5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with account managers, project managers, and product managers to align on customer needs and ensure operational excellence.
  6. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve order-related issues swiftly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Youre the right fit if:



  1. Experience: Some relevant experience in order management, supply chain, or customer service.
  2. Skills: Experience in SAP is desirable.
  3. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
  4. Personality: Open-minded, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  5. Team Player: Collaborative and proactive approach to work.
