As a world leader in healthcare and lifestyle, Philips integrates technologies and design into people-centric solutions, based on fundamental customer insights.As an **Order Management Specialist (all genders)** you will have the opportunity to coordinate the entire order delivery process placed by DACH Markets through pro-active collaboration with other Supply Chain functions such as Customer Project Manager but also Catalogue Management, Finance, Planning, Shipping, Sales and others.Your challenge is to balance the requirements of ensuring a seamless order flow while providing a result-driven and proactive customer experience.**Your role:*** Management of sales orders;* Process order activities in SAP and other supporting applications;* Track and trace open orders in Appian + the role of Appian KU;* Process order changes due to Customer or Factory requests;* Maintain good communication with stakeholders especially with Customer Project Managers;* Provide excellent customer service for our customers;* Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner;* Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines;**Youre the right fit if:*** You hold at least a Bachelors degree or a vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience;* You have 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain;* You possess knowledge of Logistics, Order Management, or Supply Chain processes;* You have a good command of English at a minimum B2 level (both written and spoken);* You are familiar with SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems (this would be an advantage);* You demonstrate strong customer service orientation and problem‑solving skills;* You have solid communication skills, both with factories and customers;* You show cultural awareness and a proactive approach;**How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
