Order Management Specialist

Your responsibilities

Complete order management and follow-up from order receipt to order shipment;
Be a key user of the SAP module SD, processing orders, sending order acknowledgments, and planning shipments on time and in full.
With the 3PL[third-party logistic provider plan and execute timely and accurate picking/ packing at the warehouse
Prepare customs/export documentation (where necessary)
Organize booking of transport services with 3PL
Keep customer satisfaction by building strong relationships, providing accurate information, proactive actions, and problems solving
Excellence collaboration with finance, IT, sales & marketing teams to solve any issues in day-to-day operations
Tracks order activity and alerts appropriate stakeholders of any potential delivery problems. Expedites the delivery of selected urgent orders.
Effective and purposeful communication to customers on order status, shipment status, and backorders.
By proactive attitude utilize technical knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer.
Keep and care of customer satisfaction by building strong relationships, providing accurate information, proactive actions, and problems solving
Understand the requirements of our customers and constantly seek to develop improvement opportunities
Is compliant with PF, DPD, Accounting Act, and the internal regulations of Bausch & Lomb
Ensure Trade Compliance checks are performed (where applicable)
Attention to detail and accuracy with all aspects of order management

Our requirements

Attention to detail, meticulous eye
Experience in SAP ECC module SD
Experience in SFDC
University degree
Written and verbal communication skills, fluent Polish & English a must
Business writing skills
Advanced skills in the use of MS Office, in particular Excel
Delivers on promises and operates with integrity
Has a bias for action and executes with excellence and urgency
Keeps developing own capabilities and helps others to do the same
Listens and learns with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to leverage knowledge and avoid mistakes
Proactive attitude to work with demonstrable initiative and actively seeking opportunities for increasing sales and improving processes
Confident and calm under pressure
