Job Title: Order Management Specialist

As Order Management Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. Join our Order Management team that is responsible for managing orders for Health System products. In this particular role you will be responsible for supporting the United Kingdom & Ireland market, collaborating with Project Managers, Account Managers and other stakeholders.

In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators, and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.

Your role:

• Managing end-to-end sales orders (e.g. Z2, PO management, delivery management, order changes, invoicing, and disputes) with the use of SAP and other supporting tools.
• Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, and other departments within Philips).
• Providing excellent customer service for our customers.
• Reporting, monitoring, and control of the order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).

Youre the right fit if:

• You have a minimum of 1 year of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics;
• You have fluent English language skills (C1 level), feeling comfortable in communication with the UK&I market;
• You are a problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management);
• You can take ownership and have strong communication skills;
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
• You have working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP), which would be an advantage.
