Order Processing Administrator
As an Order Processing Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing sales orders across multiple product categories.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (B2/C1)
- University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Processing, or Fulfilment coordination
Nice to have:
- SAP or other ERP systems
- Excel skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and process various types of orders (regular, consignment, e‑commerce, etc.)
- Verify material numbers, quantities, storage locations, and delivery details
- Ensure pricing, payment terms, and references align with approved requests
- Act as the first point of contact for order‑related queries
- Prepare reports for Key Account Managers
- Report to the Order Processing Team Leader
