• Polish + English B2
• One of: German, French, Italian, Spanish ~B2/C1 level
• University degree or experience in customer service / administration / related field
• 2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferably medtech/pharmaceutical industry)
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP system
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Teamplayer

• Checking that inventory data in the SAP system matches the actual stock
• Identifying and correcting any differences in quantities or batch numbers
• Closing and reconciling all submissions at the end of each quarter
• Monitoring expired products and take action to remove them
• Working with sales representatives and medical facilities to ensure accurate reconciliations
• Following the company’s quality procedures and applicable standards
• Processing of transactions

• Hybrid mode - office located in Warsaw. 3 times per week from the office
