Position Overview

As an Order Fulfilment Coordinator at A-SAFE, you’ll be responsible for processing orders on the systems and arranging On-Time Delivery by communicating with the planning department and customers, ensuring timely sales invoicing of orders. The right individual will be able to work/converse to a high level in both Polish & English.

In this role, you will:

• Process orders and NCRs on the system and handle related admin.
• Manage the full end-to-end order process and ensure On-Time Delivery by:
• Liaising with other departments and transport companies to identify any delays.
• Coordinating with installation managers to meet desired installation dates and providing updates on delivery dates to customers and key stakeholders.
• Providing regular invoicing forecasts to ensure maximum invoicing potential is achieved against target.
• Checking purchase invoices (product and carriage related).
