The scope of work includes:
- test support
- training activities
- hypercare support after go live
- cooperation with the client's team, most of whom will be working in Łódź, Poland
As part of one of the key streams of the project, the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) system is being implemented. The go-live stage in Canada has now been completed, with launch in the US scheduled for the coming weeks and go-live in Poland (Łódź) planned for the summer.
