We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Expert (R12) to support Supply Chain activities within a global Oracle environment. The role requires close cooperation with local business teams and Product Owners, with a strong focus on process analysis, system configuration, and post-implementation support.
The position is based in Dzierżoniów, with work starting from January. Fluency in Polish is required for daily collaboration with local stakeholders.

Your responsibilities
- Creating, reviewing, and updating As-Is process maps for Supply Chain processes
- Supporting the local business team in understanding standard Oracle SCM functionality
- Acting as a bridge between Product Owners (POs) and the business to design lean To-Be processes
- Reviewing the current Oracle Global system configuration for SCM modules and recommending changes aligned with the To-Be processes
- Working with the business and PO to prepare and organise Supply Chain master data, including:
- Items
- Resources
- Operations
- Bills of Materials (BoMs)
- Routings
- Suppliers
- Sourcing Rules
- Designing, supporting, and executing test scenarios, including functional testing and validation of system changes
- Supporting the business after new processes and system changes are implemented
We are looking for someone who has
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain modules (R12), including:
- Inventory
- Purchasing
- Order Management
- Bills of Materials
- Routings
- Solid experience in process mapping and process design (As-Is / To-Be) within Supply Chain operations
- Practical experience working with Supply Chain master data and data readiness activities
- Proven ability to design, execute, and support functional testing, including defect analysis and resolution
- Experience working in a global Oracle environment with local business teams
- High communication skills and the ability to work with both business and IT stakeholders
- Very good Polish and English skills
