You will also be part of the customer business teams to enable them to achieve key business process KPIs.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver post‑sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and facilitate relationships with Support, Product Management, XLOB, and internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
  • Offer strategic support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction, using automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve or avoid customer issues.
  • Provide expert technical advice to customers and Oracle employees, frequently including on‑site visits.

Background You Should Have

  • 3‑5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud SaaS.
  • Expertise in FCCS, ARCS, TRCX.
  • Experience applying and testing Oracle Updates.
  • Strong experience in providing support, configuration, and extension services to clients.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams to address client needs.
  • Demonstrate self‑initiative and ability to work independently and unsupervised.
  • Expertise in configuring and optimizing applications, and understanding of performance tuning techniques.
  • Additional language proficiency in Italian, German, or French.

Responsibilities

  • Expert member of the problem‑solving/avoidance team, handling extremely complex and critical customer issues.
  • Work autonomously with limited guidance from management, reporting customer status and technical matters regularly.
  • Provide expert technical advice to customers and Oracle staff.

Qualifications

Career Level – IC4.
