Job Title: Client Finance Lead-General Ledger Fixed Assets Expenses Accounts Payable

Location: Wroclaw, Poland

Duration: 6 months Contract

As a Client ERP Financial Functional Consultant, you are primarily responsible for capturing, analyzing, and estimating customer business requirements and translating them into Client ERP / Client Cloud ERP solution architecture that fits within the customer’s business environment and objectives.

You will lead complex functional/process analysis and facilitate workshops with senior customer resources and subject matter experts. You will capture and understand client’s business requirements and specify system, application, or process designs.

You should also be involved in a bid process, mapping client requirements to base product functionality to present a product fit. You will lead complex functional analysis and review the solution overview, functional designs, technical designs, and configuration within the project. You are an overall contributor to delivering a fully-functioning solution to the client.

You will liaise with business analysts for requirements, management for estimations and high-level planning, functional architects, technical architects, designers, developers, product teams, and test teams for solution implementation during the entire phase of a project implementation.

Responsibilities include leading teams of designers and developers throughout the implementation life cycles to produce analysis and designs for new and ongoing projects, demonstrating:

  • In-depth knowledge of functional domains such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Forecasting.
  • Budgeting, Intercompany Accounting, Encumbrance Accounting, Subledger Accounting SLA, Treasury Management, Tax Management, Financial Consolidation, Cost Management, and others.
  • In-depth knowledge of the overall architecture of Client ERP and/or Client Cloud ERP.
  • Expertise in application of Client’s OUM methodology.
  • Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis, and Fixing in sync with product development and support.
  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge of the Client solution and keeping abreast with the product roadmap.
  • Good understanding of Client technology.
  • Client Cloud Certified in any Fin Module.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Engineering. Should be qualified CA, ICWA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
  • 10+ years experience in the software industry, working in a consultancy capacity on customer sites.
  • Previous strong hands-on implementation experience of Client eBusiness Suite R12, with at least 3 full cycles of successful implementations.
  • Hands-on implementation experience on Client Cloud Fusion of 2 projects minimum.
  • Business skills (Accounting, Budgeting, Costing, etc.).
