Oracle EBS Business Analyst

Your new company 

For our Client, international company located in Gliwice, we are currently looking for Oracle EBS Business Analyst to join global ERP team.

Your new role 

Oracle EBS Business Analyst will play a key role in documenting and understanding existing business processes, making improvements, deploying Oracle based solutions and attending review sessions with the stakeholders. Oracle EBS expertise will include mainly Manufacturing modules but also it will involve O2C, Finance, Supply Chain processes.
Holding the role of Oracle BA you will work closely with the ERP Director, Systems/ Business Analysts, BPOs, Developers, and End Users, to optimize and automate supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial business processes specific to the Oracle application. You will be responsible for supporting implementation and improvement of
new technologies and driving the maximum level of standardization of processes and technologies across the global company focusing on Europe. You will plan, design, test, and deploy efficient information systems in support of core organizational functions and processes. You will develop business cases, gather detailed business and systems requirements and user stories.
Your responsibilities will also include:

• understanding, documenting, and analyzing business processes
• sharing best practices and functional expertise to drive change in the organization, maximizing the return on investment of Oracle Application
• understanding, validating, and documenting business needs, identifying gaps between business needs and standard functionality, design specification for developers
• participating in the support/analysis/resolution of critical production application issues to protect end users39 ability to run the business
• participating in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle and Change Control processes, including: requirements gathering and translation, analysis, documentation of functional and technical design specifications, solution design, development oversight, testing/Conference Room Pilots, sign-off, training, and implementation
• managing assigned project/enhancements using Service Now ITBM
• developing and maintaining end user training documentation and delivering training/demos/presentations
• developing and maintaining business process documentation in flowchart and narrative form as necessary to support compliance

What you39ll need to succeed 

• university degree in IT/Engineering related studies
• around 3 years’ experience as Oracle Business Analyst (preferably supporting EBS and focusing on manufacturing modules)
• proven ability to research, understand, and apply knowledge of the Oracle Application to business needs within the organization
• experience in business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology-based implementation
• ability to train and provide support to users as required
• fluent English language
• holding basic SQL skills and Import/Export compliance would be your strong advantage
