Job Description

Our client is aiming at managing and transforming the full Information Technology infrastructure underpinning the Commercial Banking Operations in European major countries. Focused on harnessing leading-edge innovation, monitoring trends in the banking and IT industries, and identifying emerging disruptive technologies to be rapidly introduced in production.

Your Responsibilities

1. Installing and maintaining the Oracle database software.
2. Creating storage database structures with high-level security features.
3. Altering storage structures to meet the evolving needs of the company.
4. Setting up database user accounts.
5. Training users on how to access the information in the database.
6. Finding and debugging malfunctioning programs affecting the database integrity.
7. Creating autonomous database backups.
8. Regularly updating the database security protocols.

Our Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science.
2. Proven work experience as a Database administrator.
3. Familiarity with Oracle database design, coding, and documentation.
4. Knowledge of database backup procedures, recovery systems, and SQL.
5. Knowledge of programming languages and API.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to visualize algorithmic structures.
