Our Client is a global bank with a presence in multiple countries. They are currently in the process of expanding and entering the Polish market by establishing a new office in Warsaw.

• Install, configure, patch, and upgrade Oracle databases
• Monitor and optimize database performance
• Manage capacity planning, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
• Handle user permissions and enforce security policies
• Design and manage database schemas
• Collaborate with application teams to optimize database operations
• Provide ongoing support in escalating emergency events
• Lead and manage a small, cross-functional IT team
