Obowiązki

• administer, maintain, and optimize Oracle database systems, including Oracle RAC,
• ensure database performance, availability, and security across production and non-production environments,
• monitor and improve system performance using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana monitoring endpoints,
• perform query tuning, indexing, schema management, and implement performance optimization strategies,
• manage database backup and recovery, security controls, and access policies,
• collaborate with application teams to support multi-tiered application architectures and ensure seamless database integration,
• leverage strong UNIX/Linux skills to manage database operations and understand the interaction with network and storage layers,
• document database configurations, procedures, and system changes.

Wymagania

• 6-8 years of hands-on DBA experience with Oracle, including Oracle RAC,
• strong understanding of Oracle database architecture and internals,
• in-depth knowledge of database security and compliance practices,
• proven expertise in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and query optimization,
• experience with Prometheus and Grafana for database monitoring and alerting,
• solid UNIX/Linux platform experience and good understanding of networks, storage systems, and application tiers,
• experience with Oracle GoldenGate and PostgreSQL is a plus,
• very good knowledge of English.
