• We are looking for an experienced Oracle Administrator to join our team and bring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous learning. If you have experience working with Oracle databases in production environments and are familiar with high availability, security, and performance tuning, this role is for you.

• Provide technical support and maintenance for Oracle databases in production environments
• Design and implement high-availability and disaster recovery solutions (RAC, Data Guard, GoldenGate)
• Deploy, upgrade, and optimize Oracle databases and Enterprise Manager tools
• Support database operations across on-prem, private, and public cloud platforms
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and SQL optimization
• Manage backup and recovery using tools like RMAN and Data Pump
• Develop automation scripts and monitoring solutions for database management
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support compliance efforts

• At least 3 years Oracle DBA experience in production environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to support after-hours and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation
• Experience with Oracle 19c, RAC, Data Guard, ASM, RMAN
• Skilled in performance troubleshooting and optimization (SQL, PL/SQL)
• Familiarity with OLTP/DWH modeling, Linux (RHEL), and automation (shell scripting)
• Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)
• Comfortable working in international, multi-cultural teams (English required)
• Residing in Poland required
