We are looking for an experienced Oracle Administrator to join our team and bring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous learning. If you have experience working with Oracle databases in production environments and are familiar with high availability, security, and performance tuning, this role is for you.
responsibilities :
Provide technical support and maintenance for Oracle databases in production environments
Design and implement high-availability and disaster recovery solutions (RAC, Data Guard, GoldenGate)
Deploy, upgrade, and optimize Oracle databases and Enterprise Manager tools
Support database operations across on-prem, private, and public cloud platforms
Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and SQL optimization
Manage backup and recovery using tools like RMAN and Data Pump
Develop automation scripts and monitoring solutions for database management
Create and maintain technical documentation and support compliance efforts
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years Oracle DBA experience in production environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to support after-hours and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation
Experience with Oracle 19c, RAC, Data Guard, ASM, RMAN
Skilled in performance troubleshooting and optimization (SQL, PL/SQL)
Familiarity with OLTP/DWH modeling, Linux (RHEL), and automation (shell scripting)
Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)
Comfortable working in international, multi-cultural teams (English required)
Residing in Poland required
