Devire IT Outsourcing is a form of cooperation dedicated to IT professionals, based on the principles of own business - B2B, implementing projects for clients running innovative and modern projects.
Our client is a banking company with its Tech Hub Poland, a dedicated innovation center focused on driving digital transformation in the financial sector. By leveraging local tech talent and agile methodologies, the hub develops cutting-edge solutions—ranging from advanced analytics to cybersecurity and cloud computing—that enhance customer experiences and streamline banking operations. Serving as a vital part of global digital strategy, the Tech Hub fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring the bank remains at the forefront of fintech evolution.
- Salary: 120-150 zł/h netto (B2B)
- Location: hybrid position with 2 days/week from the office in Katowice
- Language: communication in Polish daily
- Salary up to 150 zł/h netto

- Long-term cooperation
- Flexible working hours, Polish time zone
- Have hands on experience with Oracle SQL and RDBMS (12c or higher),
- Linux (bash) scripting has no secrets for you,
- CI / CD tooling: Azure DevOps, Maven,
- Have strong communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and in an agile way.
- Experience with monitoring & alerting / observability / SRE
- Experience with vulnerability management / patching
- Security management
- Experience in ITIL processes: Incident-, problem and change management
You’ll get extra points for:
- In previous roles, you were the ‘go-to-person’ for the team when encountering challenges. You are a genuine team player and can also coach and support other team members to achieve shared goals,
- Experience in Kafka (cluster management, Kafka connect, schema registry, ..),
- Database Change Data Capture concepts & Oracle Goldengate, Fivetran HVR, Qlik Replicate
- Oracle Data Integrator 12c or any ETL tool,
- Experience with visualization with Grafana, Elastic, Kibana,
- Experience in a complex, corporate environment,
- Experience in Lending, Financial systems,
- Experience in UAC scheduler
- Experience in XFB file transfer
- Issue trackers like ServiceNow,
- Collaboration tooling like Confluence.
