Define and lead the document management technology roadmap at an enterprise level.
Align the DM strategy with business goals, regulatory requirements, and evolving technology trends.
Develop and implement cost optimization strategies for iManage on-prem installations and cloud migration.
Implementation & Migration Leadership
Lead the transition from on-premises iManage to iManage Cloud, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption.
Oversee the integration of iManage and Viewpoint DM with multiple key enterprise platforms.
Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new document management solutions.
Technical Leadership & Support
Act as L3 & L4 support for our document management platforms, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Work closely with IT infrastructure teams to manage upgrades, security, and system scalability. Implement best practices for data governance, access control, and document security.
Own Jira BAU and manage the backlog, ensuring proper prioritization and execution.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to define requirements and ensure successful implementation.
Work in tandem with other Application owners for cross functional delivery of Document Management solutions where required.
Manage relationships with external consultants and vendors, ensuring service levels meet business expectations.
Facilitate workshops and discussions on document management improvements, system standardization, and automation.
Communicate project progress, risks, and technical recommendations to senior management.
Team Leadership & People Management
Manage and mentor the Document Management Business Analyst, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with business needs.
Establish a high-performing team culture, fostering collaboration and innovation within the Document Management domain.
requirements-expected :
7+ years of experience in enterprise document management solutions, with a focus on iManage and Viewpoint Document Management.
Proven track record of leading document management migrations, particularly from on-prem to cloud.
Experience with cost reduction strategies and technology budget optimization.
Strong understanding of enterprise application integration and data governance.
Hands-on expertise in document security, compliance frameworks, and ITIL-based support models.
Experience in JIRA BAU ownership, backlog management, and agile methodologies.
Strong vendor and consultant management experience, ensuring successful service delivery.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to drive alignment across IT and business teams.
Experience managing a small team, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
Experience working in a multinational and matrixed financial services environment is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in iManage, Cloud Migration, ITIL, Agile, or Jira Administration are preferred.
