• Fluent German - C1, and English, C1
• 2–3 year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer support; supervisory or specialist background is an advantage.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication (phone, written, verbal) and keyboarding skills.
• Good numerical and reasoning abilities with effective time management.
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask.
• People-oriented with strong professional presence and reliability.
• Comfortable with policy work and quick to adopt new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across all staff levels.
