For our client, located right next to the Wroclaw Main Railway Station we are looking for Specialist with excellent Spanish language skills!

Responsibilities:

• Leverage cutting-edge systems and proven processes to resolve aging invoices with ease.
• Proactively reach out to customers via phone and email.
• Build lasting, professional relationships by delivering prompt and courteous service to both internal teams and external clients.
• Stay on track with established procedures while always delivering high-quality work.
• Confidently escalate more complex issues to senior team members or leadership when needed.
• Have ideas? Share your suggestions for improving processes and boosting efficiency.
• Take the opportunity to sharpen your skills and grow within the collections process.
• Step in to assist with team or country-specific tasks as required — flexibility is key!

Requirements:

• Excellent Spanish and English language skills (min.B2 level both).
• Well knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word precisely).
• Problem-solving drive and great negotiations skills. 
• Exceptional ability to deliver top-tier customer service.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions.
