Operations Specialist with Italian

Based in the Warsaw office, the European Business Support Center (EBSC) is seeking an Operations Specialist to support insurance brokers from the European region and help Marsh deliver high‑quality, timely service across policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, and sales support.

In this role you will:

• Use your foreign‑language capabilities daily to handle documentation received from the insurance brokers.
• Apply attention‑to‑detail skills for data entry in our internal systems.
• Propose ideas to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

What you need to have:

• Excellent written and spoken command of both English and Italian (B2 level).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
