Support project-related activities, such as report reconciliation and data review.
Collaborate with team members to maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
WYMAGANIA:
Previous experience in a healthcare-related field (e.g., dietitian, veterinarian, or other roles involving patient or public interaction).
Good understanding of medical terminology and healthcare communication.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically.
Comfortable handling phone calls, emails, and voicemail inquiries on a daily basis.
Ability to participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing project activities.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Language Requirements: multilingual candidates are preferred, with a focus on German and French. Other languages like Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and English are also important.
