Operations Specialist

Location: Niepołomice, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Polska

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Use Lean tools and drive process improvements for new and existing products
• Resolve manufacturing floor issues and assist in Root Cause Analysis
• Write and revise work instructions and other manufacturing documentation
• Train production team members
• Evaluate new tooling and recommend new standards

WYMAGANIA:

• At least 2 years’ experience in supporting production in an industrial environment
• Technical high school diploma or equivalent
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong understanding of Lean principles
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in computer skills (e.g., Excel, Word, SAP/WISE, CAD, etc.)
• Ability to manufacture complex parts or assemblies and interpret schematics or drawings
• Readiness to work on 2 shifts
