Your responsibilities:

• Leading multidisciplinary projects Teams
• Maintaining relationship and representing Company in front of Customer during projects
• Maintaining control over projects through various stages of lifecycle from concept to implementation
• Developing and managing project plans
• Conducting project risk reviews and performing appropriate actions
• Driving to constantly improve Team competencies, operational KPI’s, collaboration
• Managing communications between stakeholders

Our requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in project leadership
• English language level - upper-intermediate (B2) or higher
• Polish language level - upper-intermediate (B2) or higher
• Taking ownership of projects and organized tasks
• Ability to approach and communicate with wide range of personalities - remote and onsite teams, business owners
• A "can do" attitude and ability to work without close supervision
• MS Office package
