Obowiązki

• lead high-impact, cross-functional projects that drive operational excellence and business transformation
• support the district staffing model by analyzing workforce data to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• conduct in-depth analysis and research to interpret complex data and identify strategic opportunities
• provide expert insights on emerging trends, risks, and best practices to senior and executive management
• develop and recommend data-driven strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and performance
• manage diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and securing executive buy-in
• drive strategic planning and process improvements, ensuring long-term business success
• ensure compliance with company policies, relevant legislation, and external regulations.

Wymagania

• 5+ years of experience in Operational/Engineering Project Management, preferably with management experience
• proven expertise in business analysis, decision-making, and project execution
• strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
• exceptional planning and organizational skills
• ability to influence and persuade senior leadership through data-driven insights
• proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• strong knowledge of compliance standards and procedures
• ability to drive operational improvements and lead structural projects
• strong communication and social skills and ability to present to a wide audience confidently.
