Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing a transformation strategy for the operational model of NN Group insurance companies, with a focus on process automation and simplification.
• Responsibility for the reporting system of post-sales areas. Monitoring performance, reporting progress, and recommending business actions.
• Managing a team of Product Owners, analysts, and the business analytics team.
• Acting as Chief Product Owner for product teams within an agile structure.
• Collaborating with IT on the development and optimization of systems, applications, and automation using RPA, Power Apps, AI; data migration to cloud solutions; and implementation of modern technologies.
• Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and supporting the adoption of digital solutions.

Qualifications

• You have experience in digital transformation and operational process automation (minimum 2–3 years as a leader of such projects).
• You have experience managing expert and analytical teams (minimum 5 years).
• You can connect technology with business and customer needs.
• You enjoy working in an agile product team environment.
• You know how to manage a team and develop talent.
• You are independent, analytical, and value-driven.
• You are interested in modern technologies and want to implement them in practice.
• You are comfortable working with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
