Job Description:

For our client, an international company from the medical sector, we are looking for an Operations Process Improvement Manager, who will oversee and drive process improvements in operational and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain ongoing alignment to ensure consistency and efficiency of the process.
• Manage effective communications with international stakeholders.
• Manage communications between internal and external customers.
• Project Management, including updates, planning, information sharing, and stakeholder management.
• Contribute to improving product and process efficiencies through identifying and reducing barriers.
• Manage technical projects and larger, more complex initiatives.
• Manage time effectively between multiple competing priorities and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Support and comply with the company’s policies and procedures.

What we expect:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or relevant field.
• Professional experience working in a clinical laboratory/molecular diagnostics.
• Professional experience in participating in improvement projects.
• Advanced proficiency or coursework with molecular biology techniques.
• Knowledge of clinical lab regulations for In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation.
• Knowledge of clinical lab regulations for College of American Pathologists, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments, In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation, and Food and Drug Administration.
• Understanding of statistical and mathematical methods in biology or genetics.
• Understanding of equipment used in diagnostic and clinical laboratories.
