You are an important player in ensuring the best possible flow of goods to, within and from the factory.To be successful in the role you must come from a production environment and have experience in manufacturing, supply chain planning or production planning. You can utilize your structured approach, attention to details and ability to prioritize tasks to ensure the daily execution of our production in a constantly changing environment.You will have excellent time management skills, with a high sense of urgency and the ability to effectively priorities your work. You will have the ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a smooth production plan.

Operations Planner - Farmacy / Planista Operacyjny - Farmacja

Key Responsibilities:

• Production planning across two production sites in DK and PL
• Manage manufacturing orders from planned orders to executed production.
• Plan capacity with the production supervisor.
• Participate in production planning meetings.
• Execute daily/weekly tasks to ensure inventory flow meet the requirements in the channel.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in Polish and English
• Manufacturing knowledge and good understanding of suppliers and customers
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Have a keen interest in and good understanding of production processes and flows.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Experience with LEAN and Operations Excellence is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operation Management, Production Engineering or a related field or minimum of 2 years of experience within production planning.
